SCHOLARSHIP

I Am Queen Awards is looking to sponsor a college bound, ambitious high school student showing queen qualities during their educational growth. Queens stands for Quotable Unique Educated Empowered Noble Servants.

The purpose of the scholarship is to assist a high school senior with obtaining a college education and to promote I Am Queen Principles. This scholarship targets under-represented minority students who are currently residing in Cincinnati, OH. It is particularly aimed at young girls who are faced with hardships and still find the strength to excel. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, the applicant must be accepted to college or university granting a four year degree. The recipient must provide proof of acceptance and enrollment before funds will be dispensed.

Scholarship Application

Before proceeding with the your information please note the follow requirements for the application:​

- Scanned Copies of your transcripts showing a minimum 3.0 GPA

- Two scanned Letters of Recommendation Officially signed by preparer.

(One recommendation letter from current or former high school teacher, and one recommendation letter from a community member (coach, pastor, supervisor etc.)

- You must participate in community service, campus leadership or extracurricular activities 
- You must be a high school senior or be enrolled in a four year college or university 

In addition to the above requirement there is an 300 word essay that should be typed and double spaced from the follow prompt:
